Refund and Exchanges
Returns are permissible within 30 days from the date of the order.
In the case of a return due to a change of mind, the product should remain unworn for sanitary purposes and be in a resealable condition. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs and are required to notify in advance.
For faulty products, kindly send detailed photos and a description of the issue. A return postage label will be provided via email.
Please note that products with overstretched bands resulting from usage are non-returnable. Custom orders are also non returnable (unless faulty)
Delivery
At Bow’s Hair Bows, we use Royal Mail for our delivery services. When checking out, you have four options to select the delivery service that suits your needs.If you opt for 2nd class or 1st class standard delivery, please note that these items are not track able kindly allow 1-3 business days for delivery (slightly longer around Christmas). If you have chosen tracking, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery time frame.
My Order hasn't arrived
Kindly allow 1-3 business days for delivery (slightly longer around public holidays) and notify us of any non-delivery within two weeks from the postal date. If not arrived after two weeks we will issue a refund.
Local Collection/ Delivery
If you are local to me I can of course arrange a free of charge collection or delivery. Please contact me before hand so we can arrange.
